For most Indian travellers, CommutAir Web Check-In is a game-changer. It lets you check in from your phone before you go to busy airports like Delhi's IGI or Mumbai's CSMIA. But some passengers should skip it and go to the CommutAir counter for safety and compliance. Here's who and why:

If you're in one of these groups, don't worry. Just get to the airport 3-4 hours early for CommutAir's special counters. This makes sure everything goes smoothly and your trip is stress-free.

1. 1
   Verify booking details first

Log in with your exact PNR (from your CommutAir ticket email) and match name, passport/ID exactly. Tip: Indian travelers, use Aadhaar if linked for quicker validation.
