The park covers a substantial area of forest, providing a naturalistic environment for the animals.

Zoo and Safari are open from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Butterfly park is open from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The park is closed every Tuesday for maintenance. Last entry is usually around 4:30 PM. Safari ticket counter might close earlier.
Fee structure is complex. The above is an approximate adult fee for the Zoo + Safari combo. Example rates: Zoo Only: Adult ₹80. Grand Safari (includes Zoo): Adult ₹260. AC Bus Safari: Adult ₹500.
