A relaxed North Goa beach known for its long sandy shoreline, water sports, and numerous shacks, offering a calmer alternative to its busy neighbors.
Candolim Beach is a long stretch of sand located in North Goa, situated between Sinquerim Beach to the south and Calangute Beach to the north. Unlike its more crowded neighbors, Candolim maintains a more laid-back atmosphere, attracting a mix of international tourists, long-stay visitors, and Indian families. The beach itself is straight, clean, and backed by scrub-covered dunes, which gives it a more natural feel compared to other commercialized beaches in the area. The approach to the beach is through various small lanes lined with shops, guesthouses, and restaurants.
