Cheppara is a large, exposed rock formation located on the outskirts of Thrissur. It serves as a natural viewpoint, offering wide, unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape. Best Time to Visit

The best time to visit Cheppara is from September to February, after the monsoon and before the peak of summer. During these months, the weather is pleasant, and the landscape is lush and green with clear skies. The monsoon months (June to August) offer dramatic green scenery but make the climb risky due to the slippery rock surface. The summer months (March to May) can be extremely hot, making the exposed rock uncomfortable to be on during the day.
