Best Season:The best time to visit Cheppara is from September to February, after the monsoon and before the peak of summer. During these months, the weather is pleasant, and the landscape is lush and green with clear skies. The monsoon months (June to August) offer dramatic green scenery but make the climb risky due to the slippery rock surface. The summer months (March to May) can be extremely hot, making the exposed rock uncomfortable to be on during the day.

The place is especially popular with locals during the late afternoons and evenings, as it's an excellent spot to watch the sunset.
