The park is open to the public daily. Vehicular traffic is prohibited inside the park from 10 PM to 8 AM every day. Additionally, the park is a 'no traffic zone' all day on Sundays and second Saturdays, making these days ideal for pedestrians and cyclists.
Entry to the park is free for all visitors. However, attractions inside the park like the Government Museum, Bangalore Aquarium, and the Bal Bhavan toy train have separate entry fees.
