Eco Park, Cherrapunji - A Scenic Viewpoint of Bangladesh Plains

Eco Park is situated on a high plateau in Cherrapunji, offering some of the most dramatic landscape views in Meghalaya. The park's main draw is its unobstructed, panoramic view of the vast green plains of Bangladesh stretching out below the cliffs. It's a simple, well-maintained space designed for visitors to walk around and appreciate the scale of the Khasi hills and the gorges they form. A stream runs through the park, which is actually the water source that feeds the famous Nohsngithiang Falls, also known as the Seven Sisters Falls, located nearby. The park has paved pathways that lead to different viewing points along the edge of the plateau. There is also a small greenhouse inside which houses a variety of native orchids and other plants, giving a glimpse into the local flora. The atmosphere is generally quiet and breezy, making it a good spot to relax and take in the scenery.
