The garden is filled with a wide variety of trees and plants, and as its name suggests, it was once famous for its extensive collection of rose species. Today, it serves as a large public park perfect for leisurely strolls and family outings.

Open all days. Zoo timings may differ slightly from the garden timings. It's best to visit before 5:00 PM as ticket counters may close early. Toy train has specific running times, usually in hourly intervals.
Entry fee is for the zoo. The garden entry is often free or has a nominal charge of ₹5-10. Adults ₹25, Children (3-12 years) ₹10. Still Camera ₹50. Video Camera ₹200. Toy train ticket is separate and costs around ₹25-₹50 per person. Fees are subject to change.
