Hebbe Falls is a waterfall located inside a coffee estate in the Chikmagalur district of Karnataka, plunging from a height of about 168 meters in two stages. The two sections are known as Dodda Hebbe (Big Falls) and Chikka Hebbe (Small Falls). To reach the falls, visitors must take a mandatory, bumpy 4x4 jeep ride through a rugged forest path, which is an adventure in itself. The journey takes you through dense greenery and several stream crossings.

The closest railway station is in Kadur (DRU), approximately 60 km from the falls' starting point. From Kadur, you can hire a taxi for the onward journey.
Road
Chikmagalur is well-connected by road to major cities like Bangalore and Mangalore. From Chikmagalur town, you need to drive to the forest checkpoint near Kemmangundi. Private cars are not allowed on the final stretch to the falls.
Local Transport
The only local transport available to the waterfall is the authorized 4x4 jeep service. To reach the jeep point, you must hire a private taxi or drive your own vehicle from Chikmagalur town.
