This makes walking around the large Red Fort complex comfortable. The summer months, from April to June, are extremely hot and should be avoided. The monsoon season, from July to September, sees heavy rainfall which can disrupt sightseeing plans. Winter mornings can be foggy but are generally good for a visit.
