Home to the world's largest bird sculpture, this park offers a cable car ride to a hilltop with stunning panoramic views and a separate adventure zone.
Jatayu Earth's Center is a unique tourism project in Kollam, centered around the world's largest bird sculpture. The park is spread across four hills, with the main attraction being the massive concrete statue of Jatayu, the mythical eagle from the Ramayana. This sculpture sits atop Jatayupara, the hill where the bird is believed to have fallen while fighting Ravana. Visitors reach the sculpture via a Swiss-made cable car, which provides a scenic ride over the rocky terrain. The sculpture itself is an architectural marvel, measuring 200 feet in length, 150 feet in width, and 70 feet in height. Inside, there are plans for a multi-dimensional digital museum.
