Best Time to Visit

• The best time to visit is during the peak monsoon season, from August to October. During this period, the waterfall is at its most powerful and spectacular, with a huge volume of water creating a thunderous sound and a lot of mist. The post-monsoon period, from November to January, is also a good time, with pleasant weather and a substantial, clear view of the four cascades. Summer months, from March to May, should be avoided as the water flow is greatly reduced due to the dam, often leaving just a thin trickle.
• Peak Crowd: August-October, especially on weekends and public holidays, due to the full monsoon flow attracting maximum tourists.
• Moderate Crowd: November-January, during the winter tourist season when the weather is pleasant.
• Low Crowd: February-June, when the water level is low and the weather is hot.
