One of India's tallest plunge waterfalls, where the Sharavathi River splits into four magnificent cascades named Raja, Rani, Roarer, and Rocket.
Discover what makes this destination truly special

Jog Waterfall is a massive waterfall on the Sharavathi River, located in the Western Ghats of Karnataka. It is not a single stream but a combination of four distinct cascades that drop from a height of about 253 meters (830 feet), making it one of the tallest plunge waterfalls in India. The four cascades are named Raja, Rani, Roarer, and Rocket. Raja is the main fall, a continuous stream that drops unbroken to the bottom. Roarer is a forceful cascade that rushes down into a large pool, making a loud noise. Rocket shoots water out in a series of jets, and Rani is a gentle, winding stream that flows gracefully over the rock face.
