Best Time to Visit

• The ideal time to visit is from November to February when the weather is cool and pleasant, with minimal humidity. This period is perfect for walking around the fort comfortably. The monsoon months, from June to September, offer a different view with lush greenery, but heavy rains can make exploration difficult and the pathways slippery. The summer months, from March to May, are very hot and humid, making it uncomfortable to visit during the day.
• Peak Crowd: November to January, especially during Christmas and New Year. Weekends and public holidays are also very crowded.
• Moderate Crowd: February, March, and October. Weekday afternoons also see a moderate number of visitors.
• Low Crowd: April to September, covering the peak summer and monsoon seasons, when tourist footfall is generally lower.
