Best Time to Visit

• The ideal time to visit Mallalli Falls is during the post-monsoon months, from September to December. During this period, the waterfall is at its most powerful, fed by the monsoon rains, and the surrounding landscape is exceptionally green. The weather is pleasant and cool. While the falls are active during the peak monsoon (July-August), the path can be extremely slippery and dangerous. Summers (March-May) are hot, and the water flow is significantly reduced, diminishing the spectacle.
• Peak Crowd: October-December, especially on weekends and public holidays, due to pleasant weather and full water flow.
• Moderate Crowd: September, January, and February on weekdays.
• Low Crowd: March-June due to low water levels and summer heat, and during the peak monsoon months of July-August when access can be risky.
