Best Season:The ideal time to visit Mallalli Falls is during the post-monsoon months, from September to December. During this period, the waterfall is at its most powerful, fed by the monsoon rains, and the surrounding landscape is exceptionally green. The weather is pleasant and cool. While the falls are active during the peak monsoon (July-August), the path can be extremely slippery and dangerous. Summers (March-May) are hot, and the water flow is significantly reduced, diminishing the spectacle.

Open on all days of the week. Last jeep ride to the falls is usually around 16:00 to ensure visitors can return before dark. Timings may be altered during severe weather conditions for safety reasons.

Entry fee is ₹25 per person. A mandatory round trip in a local 4x4 jeep is required from the main road to the falls, costing approximately ₹700-₹800 per jeep, which can be shared among 6-8 people.
