During the day, it offers an expansive view of the sea and the city's skyline. As evening sets in, the streetlights along the curved road illuminate, creating a string of lights that resembles a pearl necklace, which has earned it the nickname 'Queen's Necklace'. The atmosphere here transitions throughout the day. Early mornings are quiet, used by fitness enthusiasts. The promenade connects Nariman Point to Babulnath and Malabar Hill, with Girgaon Chowpatty beach located at its northern end.
