Soar high above the Arabian Sea and get a stunning bird's-eye view of Goa's coastline. An accessible and thrilling adventure for almost everyone.
Parasailing in Goa is a popular water sport that gives you a chance to see the coastline from a bird's-eye perspective. The experience involves being securely harnessed to a parachute, known as a parasail wing, which is then towed by a speedboat. As the boat picks up speed, you gently lift off the water and ascend into the air, sometimes reaching heights of up to 300 feet. The flight itself is surprisingly calm and offers incredible views of the golden beaches, coconut groves, and the vast Arabian Sea. Most operators conduct the activity from a boat, meaning you take off and land on the boat's platform, though some still use a beach take-off method. The entire activity, from the boat ride to the flight and back, usually takes about 30 minutes, with the actual airtime being around 5 to 10 minutes. It's a common sight on major Goan beaches, with colourful parachutes dotting the skyline throughout the tourist season.
