Seven Springs is a natural water source located on a mountainside near the Kongdori station of the Gulmarg Gondola. The site gets its name from seven distinct outlets from which crystal-clear water flows out of the rock face. To reach it, visitors typically take the Gulmarg Gondola to the first phase (Kongdori) and then hop on a chairlift for a short, scenic ride over the meadows to the springs.

Air
Srinagar International Airport (SXR) is the nearest airport, approximately 56 km away. From the airport, you can hire a pre-paid taxi to Gulmarg, a journey that takes about 2-3 hours.
Train
The closest major railway station is Jammu Tawi (JAT), about 290 km away. From Jammu, you can take a taxi or a bus to Srinagar and then another taxi to Gulmarg. Udhampur station is also an option but has fewer connections.
Road
Gulmarg is well-connected by road from Srinagar (50 km). Regular taxi services and some bus services are available from Srinagar to Gulmarg. The road offers scenic views but can be challenging during heavy snowfall in winter.
Local Transport
To reach Seven Springs, you must take the Gulmarg Gondola from the base station in town to Kongdori (Phase 1). From the Kongdori station, a separate chairlift takes you to the springs. This is the only practical way to reach the site.
