In June and July, you can enjoy a mix of green meadows and accessible snowfields. August sees the landscape at its greenest. By September, the weather starts getting colder again, but the skies are often very clear. The pass remains closed for traffic from around November to April due to heavy snowfall, making it inaccessible.
