• The best period to visit Sirsi is from September to March. During these post-monsoon and winter months, the weather is pleasant and cool. The waterfalls are magnificent and full, and the surrounding forests are vibrantly green. Summer, from April to May, can be hot and humid. The heavy monsoon season from June to August makes travel difficult, with slippery roads and the possibility of landslides, though the landscape is at its lushest.
