A seasonal waterfall reached by a scenic trek through the dense forest of Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary, starting near a 12th-century temple.
Discover what makes this destination truly special

The Tambdi Surla Waterfalls is located deep inside the Bhagwan Mahaveer Wildlife Sanctuary. Reaching it requires a moderately challenging trek of about 90 minutes through dense forest. The trail is uneven, crosses streams, and can be muddy, especially during the monsoon season. The path is well-defined but rugged, involving some rock scrambling. As you walk, you'll be surrounded by the sounds of the jungle and see a wide variety of plants and, if you're quiet, maybe some local wildlife.
Plan your trip around the ideal season for the best experience
July-October, particularly on weekends and public holidays, when local trekkers and tourists visit.
November-January, on weekdays.
February-June, as the waterfall has very little or no water.
