Air
The nearest airports are Manohar International Airport (GOX) in Mopa, about 28 km away (1 hour drive), and Dabolim Airport (GOI), about 38 km away (1.5 hours drive). Both airports are well-connected to major Indian cities.
Train
The closest railway station is Thivim (THVM), located 19 km away. Other major stations are Vasco da Gama (VASG) and Madgaon (MAO), which are further south but have better connectivity to the rest of India. Taxis are available from all stations.
Road
Calangute is easily accessible by road via NH 66. It is well-connected to Panjim (15 km) and Mapusa (8 km). Regular state transport and private buses run from these cities. Self-driving or hiring a taxi is a common option.
Local Transport
Scooter and bike rentals are the most popular way to get around, costing ₹300-500 per day. Local taxis and auto-rickshaws are also available, but it's advisable to fix the fare before starting your journey.
