By accessing or using our website (www.tripandstays.com), mobile app, or booking services for hotels, flights, stays, and experiences, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 1. Booking & Reservations

• All reservations for hotels, flights, stays, and experiences are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective service provider.
• A valid payment method is required to secure bookings.
• Any special requests (e.g., late check-ins, extra amenities, seat preferences) are subject to the service provider's approval and cannot be guaranteed.
• Booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email address and will also be available in the 'My Bookings' section of your account.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy

• Standard check-in time: 2:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM (may vary by property).
• Early check-in or late check-out requests are based on availability and may incur additional charges.
• Guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving Licence) or passport during check-in.
• For international bookings, a valid passport with appropriate visa documentation is required.

3. Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and approved digital wallets.
• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Advance deposits or prepayments may be required for specific room types, flight bookings, or promotional rates.
• Payment processing is handled through secure, PCI DSS-compliant payment gateways.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies vary by property, airline, and rate type. Please review the specific cancellation terms displayed at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Non-refundable bookings or 'Advance Purchase Rates' cannot be modified or refunded.
• Flight cancellations and date changes are subject to airline policies and applicable fees as displayed during booking.
• For experience and activity bookings, cancellation terms are set by the experience provider.

5. User Conduct

• Users and guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior and follow property rules and local laws.
• Any damage to property, misconduct, or illegal activity may result in immediate cancellation of the booking without refund.
• Tripandstays and its service providers reserve the right to deny service to users violating these terms.
• Users must not use the platform for any fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purpose.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. All personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (where applicable). 7. Special Offers & Promotions

• Promotional rates, discount codes, and special offers are valid only during the specified period and are subject to terms mentioned at the time of the offer.
• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.
• Tripandstays reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any offer without prior notice.
• Promotional pricing is subject to availability and may vary based on demand.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Tripandstays acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with hotels, airlines, and experience providers. We shall not be held liable for:
• Service quality, delays, or cancellations by third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators).
• Personal injury, loss, or damage during your stay or travel caused by factors beyond our control.
• Events or losses caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
• Delays or disruptions in travel caused by airlines, railways, or other transport providers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Tripandstays platform are the property of Tst Global Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from our platform is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Changes to Terms

Tripandstays reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the latest revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
