Terraced gardens on Malabar Hill known for animal-shaped hedges, a flower clock, and panoramic views of Marine Drive.
The Hanging Gardens, officially named Pherozeshah Mehta Gardens, are a series of terraced gardens situated on the western slope of Malabar Hill. What makes this place unique is that it's built on top of Mumbai's main water reservoir, which supplies drinking water to a large part of the city. The garden's layout features manicured lawns, diverse flowerbeds, and numerous hedges carved into the shapes of animals like elephants and giraffes, which are a major draw for children.
